| Roongsarp Express Co., Ltd. was established in January 1996. Roongsarp Express Co., Ltd. is a member of the AMADEUS computerized Airlines Ticketing service and GLOBALRES computerized worldwide hotels instant confirmation, which permits a very high degree of accuracy in providing place of mind to our clients. Roongsarp Express Co., Ltd., has a current staff of 26 personnel. While this is down from an original staff of 32 personnel because of SARS outbreak. The top caliber staff remain and are capable of providing efficient, courteous, and timely service in all facets of tourism. The experience level of our staff is impressive and we cover all aspects of the tourism business. Mr. Manus Pipathananunth, the Managing Director has extensive experience in the Tourism industry. He started out with his family business, Roongsarp Travel Service Co., Ltd. over 39 years ago. Roongsarp Travel Service Co., Ltd. is among the top 3 out-bound travel companies in Thailand with annual sales of over US$ 28 million. In late 1995 Mr. Manus decided that he would start his own company and he formed Roongsarp Express Co., Ltd. with the cooperation of his original company. He brought a number of trained and experience staff, including accountants, multi-lingual guides and tour leaders, customer service office and management personnel. Mr. Manus is also a well recognize instructor at a number of Universities and Tourism Institutions where he lectures on the tourism industry. He has been President of the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) which is Out bound and Airlines Ticketing Association two times (2000-2002, 2002-2004). |
